How it works-
Step 1: Create a Form
In a roleplay you must have characters they are essential to the story line. So to start the author publishes a information and rule page stating the specifics to the story. After they either publish a role or form page. Role pages are used when certain types of characters are specifically needed, these can either be really specific or only give role needed
Example 1:Detailed Role
Poison Apple(Daughter of Snow White)
-Female
-17
-She's a troublemaker that causes worry to her parents and the staff. The antics that she performs usually causes someone harm, whether by a prank or rumor that she starts. She is disliked by many of her fellow peers however is good friends with the daughter of the Evil Queen.
Example 2:Simple
There are two roles per character
Snow White 0/2
On roles once you've specified the role you wish to have you'll create a form unless the roles are closed on that character as no one wants 5 children of Snow White and none of Captain Hook. If the roles are filled you ask for your second choice. Once you've gotten a role go to the post stated as forms. In this you want to be detailed these is the bases of the character you'll be playing. While you can put shy go more in-depth
Example:
She is frightened of crowds, and has a hard time speaking to people who she doesn't know well. This causes her great frustration however she hasn't been able to overcome her shyness towards others.
You don't need to be afraid on what to put on your form as it straight forward the author posts a list in which you fill in

And so forth...
Once you've finished this the fun begins.

The author will post a place or story line you'll follow there will usually have a main chat unless this part requires more one on one, such as if it's in say dormitories then the people you would talk to would be the people chosen to be your roomates. In rules most will state if there is a minimum sentence amount. Apon figuring out the sentence minimum you can start conversing with the others on the chat. If you wish upon talking more towards one person in the main chat, you can split off and start your own chat box with that person.
